All meetings are scheduled on the first Monday of each month, January, July and September being exceptions.  All meetings will begin at 6:30 P.M. and will be held at the Caney Valley School Board Room, Caney Valley Public Schools, at 620 Wyandotte Avenue, Ramona, Oklahoma.
